How would the current "modern" theme have looked?
somehow bright like in "Oliver and Co" or so?

I think the modern theme would look like "Oliver and Co." but less skyscrapers and stuff. The post-apocalyptic theme would be similar but darker, have destroyed buildings, etc.

Uhm. So modern is what everybody has been doing? How long has the game been in production? It takes like 1 and 1/2 years (I think) for a professional game to be released so a bunch of beginners will take about double the time so whatever gets done faster the less "Is the game done yet"s you will get.

Yes. I have been helping Zuri make this game for over a year but I have been a "Main Game Designer" since August or so. I've been trying to help speed things up but the lack of staff activity is the main problem. Normal members can also be the source of the problem. We aren't really being supported. Members are only waiting for us to finish. If members role played more or did something other than wait, more staff would be actually willing to work. Myself included.

I think we cant thrill members to stay here until it looks like the game is close to release- if we would have a video showing gameplay like the old arokai demo that would members make stay here...
we need 3d graphics instead of drawings here O.o
(thats what i meant with beta - a stadium where we can show (and a base))

Once we get some 3D models done, I can start putting the city together in UDK and take screenshots or make a video. The sooner we get building designs, the faster I can start.
