Would it be possible for something in between the two options or so? I'm not quite sure how that would look, although it might be interesting.

That could be possible. What would be an example of a world that's between modern and post-apocalyptic?

Maybe an old movie theater here a new mayors office there. A computer store a place for all the stray cats and dogs(they get dead immediately after they go in)

Yes. I have been helping Zuri make this game for over a year but I have been a "Main Game Designer" since August or so. I've been trying to help speed things up but the lack of staff activity is the main problem. Normal members can also be the source of the problem. We aren't really being supported. Members are only waiting for us to finish. If members role played more or did something other than wait, more staff would be actually willing to work. Myself included. I like Moonie's idea. =D Im not being very supportive. XD I'm very unactive and such. I also never did anything as staff. Now I'm not blaming anyone, but I wasn't exactly sure what to draw. I also had to go to school and crap, stay active on RPs, and check in on other games. I also shared a computer, which got very annoying. I love to draw, but I don't like to sit there and draw all day, and it usually takes me longer than that to complete a picture. Perhaps that's what I should've done, after homework... I'll start being more active! Thanks, staff, for everything. You've been hard at work on this game. I'm not trying to bash anyone, 'k?

I don't see how we can make it between modern and post-apocalyptic. When I think about something between those two time periods/settings, I can only think of war and cosmic/environmental catastrophes.

Some buildings are still standing in most post-apocalpytic worlds anyway; from what I've seen in books and movies.

Humm. I just remembered there are still a bunch of old houses around the east coast from colonial times. Like Big huge places. Old stores and everything...

I think combining post-apocalytic and modern is quite easy, because post-apocalyptic does not mean old, it means dark (well, after the apocalypse means it) but thw buildings can look modern, can be meshed modern, we can get in the post-apocalypic feeling only by dark textures, dirtly walls and maybe some windows broken, dark weather, and only some building edges may be gone... Here are two vids of post-apicalypic games, maybe for inspiration how stuff can look, first from my favorite GameShow,Gameone, its german, the stuff at the beginning that is not related to the game is introtuction, and the inbetweens while Fallout NewVegas are jokes about the game... the second is another video I found randomly , both are Egoshooters, I bet you know Fallout 3 But look at the look of the enviroment an buildings :3
