Added info: This story is based around a young man who has sold his soul, for reasons that shall be disclosed another time. He can turn into a wolf like creature during the night. I'm not entirely sure what I can, or can not post. But I figured it needed to be animal related, so, this technically is animal related, seeing how he will have entire segments that will involve him being a wolf. So bare with me.
If I am breaking any type of rule I am not aware of, please be sure to let me know, and if I can, I'll change this around. If I can't, I'll simply delete it.
I've looked on here, to see if I could find a shifter story, but I have not. Sooo, let's change things up a bit.
Hopefully this is acceptable.
Enjoy.
I was never a good person. Or… Would I be considered a person? I’m not sure exactly myself. You see, I’ve been granted a gift, or, how I prefer to consider it, a curse. A real annoying curse. Allow me to explain.
At day, I seem like any other freak of nature, hah, I don’t even consider myself a human anymore. Due to the fact, I have sold my soul years ago, to Byleth, quite a crafty fellow he is.
Now you see, at night, I turn into this type of… Creature, I could say. It’s as though I’m some type of mutated wolf that undergo awful experiments which resulted in mutation.
There are times, when in this wolf like form, where I appear like a regular, oddly colored one. This only happens from time to time, if I’m lucky. While at times, I appear as though a creature that crawled out of the very depths of the underworld, even despite my hellish appearance in that form, it does look… Somewhat regal, if you have a screwed up mindset like I.
Now, well, should I give you a description of myself? I’m unsure if that is needed or not, actually, I won’t. I’ll attach a few photos another time, since quite frankly; I don’t have a mirror in hand at the moment. Nor do I feel like getting up and grabbing one.
Now, enough of my curse… Let’s move on to something semi-interesting. Like my story, that sounds fun. Don’t you think? Yeah, let’s just move onto that.
I leaned against the cold steel walls of the factory, my crimson eyes following the pacing Byleth, a powerful demon, the one who currently possesses my soul at the moment sadly.
He was mumbling words softly under his breath, his dark eyes focused on the floor. He seemed lost in thought, something that happens on certain occasions, seeing how he usually never seemed to be distracted, or dawdle in what was going on in his mind. He slowly turned his head in my direction, eyes glinting in a way that I recognized.
“Chaos, you do realize that your utter existence is such an exasperating chore, constantly watching over your every foolish action, which believe me, is no fun matter, young man. Now, today’s problem is the fact when you shifted, you raided the nearby Werewolf clan, and do you know how aggravating that is? Not only will I deal with their complaints, I will also need to make up numerous excuses to keep your revolting self from getting slain. Numerous Werewolves are quite vengeful. You mindless dolt.”
I let out a stifled yawn, my eyes half closed when he finished his lecture, “I appreciate the compliment, now then, it isn’t my fault that I had the uncontrollable urge to ravish something, quite frankly, it’s their fault, they shouldn’t have moved in so close.” I suppressed my signature grin, which would likely result in me getting knocked upside the head.
Byleth gave a defeated sigh, rubbing his forehead in exasperation, “You’re hopeless… I should have never agreed to make a contract with you, you incompetent fool…” His eyes narrowed softly.
I waved my hand in dismissal, tapping my long black nails against the steel walls, emanating a clicking sound, “Darlin’, you didn’t need to accept my offer when I asked for a contract, this is all on you.”
Byleth gave a smirk as I gave up; I stuck my serpent like tongue out at him, an action which I would have taken great offense to if I was still a child. But since flipping him off would be, “Vulgar,” In his views, I would have to settle with that.
He seemed uninterested, his gaze turning away from mine, his pitch black bangs seeming to fall in front of his eyes, “It shall be night time soon, Chaos, to prevent any trouble, shall I chain you up like the mutt you are?”
“Nah, I’ll be fine; and thank you for the compliment, I take great pride in being a mutt, but, I do plan on having a bit of fun, I won’t be as chaotic, despite my name, I intend to be… Chilled, I suppose, so don’t worry, I’ll be sure to keep away from your little Werewolf pals.”
Byleth sighed softly, using a hand to swipe aside his bangs, “I suppose… I shall allow it, but, keep in mind, your soul is on the line, you’re on thin ice, Chaos, there’s only so much nonsense I’m willing to take.”
With those words spoken, Byleth turned on heels, and strode away, waving a hand, some might take it as a sign of farewell, but I knew better. As soon as he made that gesture, his figure disappeared in a flock of ravens, which passed through the open window.
Man, I need to learn to make awesome entrances, and exits. I should work on that, actually. Maybe… Appear in flames, yeah… That’d be awesome, moving on.
I let out a mischievous laugh, finally allowing my signature grin sweep across my face; this grin was known to make individuals uneasy, whether or not my attention was directed to them. It took so very long to master this grin.
I moved across the room, my heeled boots lightly clicking on the floors. My hands rested on the windowsill, my eyes peering out into the darkened skies, my gaze seeming to focus on the dark clouds above.
Pieces of the moon seemed to peek out from behind them, giving off soft rays of light. Before finally, the clouds passed by, revealing the quarter moon.
I smirked, my eyes shining in the light the moon offered, my grin widened as I felt myself start to transform. “Finally… Now I can have myself some more fun!”

Prepare for rant in 3… 2… 1…

“I will call you darling, darling.”
“Don’t.”
“Darling.”
“Do you wish for me to destroy your soul? I will do it.”
