Hi, So over the summer I would like to learn C++ Programming, Anyone who's already learned it know some good resources to help me out? I Found a few sites and youtube tutorials of course but im wondering how you game makers learned, Are there are any free online courses perhaps?

Codecademy! I love it! You just gotta stick to it and not forget about it (like I did) and force yourself to start all over...I think I did that a couple of times before...
